FANTASTIC!! Will is an excellent teacher and has amazing knowledge to share on his profession. I had no idea book binding was even a thing - my niece requested this class as a birthday present. The teacher/owner and her assistant were both super friendly, explained everything clearly and were very attentive (without being overbearing!).WOW! This was by far the best workshop I have ever done. The teacher/owner and her assistant were both super friendly, explained everything clearly and were very attentive (without being overbearing!). I booked this as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and we had the BEST time! Everyone was super smiley and welcoming! They give you pictures to inspire you for your bao bun designs and you get two bao buns included while you wait for your dough to prove. A lovely touch was giving us a little goodie bag of tools and ingredients when we left so that we can continue making bao buns from home! Cannot recommend this place enough and DEFINITELY will be coming back ️ + more
