Tantalise your tastebuds with delicious flavours at this beginner-friendly cooking class, where you'll learn to create a mouthwatering Aegean feast from scratch!

You'll start by enjoying your teacher's handmade bread and loukoumades, citrusy Greek doughnuts made from fried or baked sourdough and served with honey syrup.

Your guide will then support you step-by-step as you learn to cook six different types of mezes, from Turkish aubergine shakshuka to moreish Greek meatballs. Extra mezes like homemade tzatziki and hummus will also be available, with a Greek cocktail or wine to wash everything down!

Whether you're looking for tasty team building activities or fun cooking classes to try with your family, you'll end this culinary experience with new recipes to recreate and your homecooked food ready to eat.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

  • Flatbread and Aegean doughnuts (loukoumades).
  • Greek meatballs, chicken skewers and spicy prawn casserole.
  • Turkish aubergine shakshuka, tomato and walnut salad, lentil balls.
  • Extra mezes will be served, including homemade tzatziki and hummus accompanied by a Greek cocktail or wine.

Welcome to The Dough House!

We run homely cooking and baking experiences where you can gain new skills and at the same time share some fun with family and friends, connect with other people and celebrate a special occasion.

The Dough House was created by Fulden, and started with a deep respect for food and traditions based on family heritage, travels and work experience. Fulden has been baking and cooking with her mother and her grandmother since she was a child.

Her goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly and inviting to both children and adults. She loves to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen.

Professionally, Fulden has a training and development and management background in the corporate food and beverage industry. She also ran her own boutique cafe in Warwickshire.
