My daughter and I love nothing more than going to a creative class together. When I came across this bao making class given that my daughter LOVES bao I couldn’t resist booking a place for us. Well it did not disappoint!!!! May Ling was just lovely, attentive, friendly, welcoming ans patient. We had so much fun creating our chosen designs. At break we were able to choose some bao each to try. We went for the pork boa (our favourite) and the beef onion and coriander which was also delicious. Amzing seeinf our designs come together and we now have these shared memories for a lifetime. Great for all ages, couples, family, friends. If I could do it again tomorrow I would!!! We travelled from Dundee and it was absolutely worrh it. PS Google Maps is great to find it if you are looking for it on foot. BEST DAY!!! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. WOW! This was by far the best workshop I have ever done. The teacher/owner and her assistant were both super friendly, explained everything clearly and were very attentive (without being overbearing!).WOW! They give you pictures to inspire you for your bao bun designs and you get two bao buns included while you wait for your dough to prove. A lovely touch was giving us a little goodie bag of tools and ingredients when we left so that we can continue making bao buns from home!
