This was a birthday present for my best friend while visiting Edinburgh for 5 days. We had a private session.
Sarah told us so much about the different types of wax for the candles and about the fragrances.
She explained everything very well.
We would recommend candle creations to everybody.
Amazing experience with Daniel. My girlfriend got the session for me as a gift and it was far exceeded my initial expectations. He was super nice, knowledgeable and humble. Daniel taught me a lot about the process. First, he showed me all the steps and then allowed me to try each of them myself. I booked this as a gift for my husband for our anniversary. It was a lovely afternoon, and we had lots of fun making our clay creations. The teachers were lovely and informative, and happy to help with our request to make a teapot.
I would have liked to use a pottery wheel, so was a little disappointed that this was not part of this session, but that may have been my mistake in not understanding that it was not part of this class. Otherwise there was more than enough clay to go around, and tools were provided with advice on how to use them.

The venue was great, although more than one accessible toilet would have been helpful so everyone could wash their hands after. + more
Such a fun class! This was a birthday gift from a friend and we had a great time and made some cute pots. There was a work group as well and they were having a ball. Our teacher Katie was lovely and so helpful. Definitely value for money.
We received this experience gift for Christmas and loved every minute of it! The team were so welcoming and friendly, keen to share the workings of the Fudge Kitchen and letting us get hands-on experience of making some fudge. Alongside fun stories about how the store came to be and yummy samples to try, we went home with some of the fudge we made along with our choice of 3 more flavours! Would definitely do it again (and consider a career in fudge making - so therapeutic!).
Got a gift card for my birthday and took a blacksmithing class. I had a wonderful time. Sandy was a good teacher and knows his stuff. Took a few hours to make the axe head. Didn't have enough time to fit the handle but Sandy offered to finish it and deliver it next week.
We had a great experience! Sarah is so knowledgeable and eager to share with her guests. We loved having the chance to be creative and create such beautiful candles! The selection of scents was also incredible! I would highly recommend, great for a gift or special event!
This was a gift from friends and one of the best I ever received. The teacher was phenomenal and so friendly and he geared the content of the class to us. I learned so much from his hints, tips, practical demonstrations and simple though brilliant ideas. I will be taking so much from this course into my future photography and can't wait to get out and try what I learned. If ever he runs another course I would love to attend and I will be telling lots of people about this one. Thanks so much.
This was a birthday gift for me, and I've never been able to use an icing bag, so this was great for me. Amy, the teacher was great, friendly and helpful all throughout the day.so, now, I think I'll dig out the icing bag and nozzles and give it another go, with more confidence than before
I really enjoyed the candle making session. This was a birthday gift from my friends It was so relaxing and the teacher was excellent. I made 3 different types of candles. So many options to choose the fragrance and dry flowers too.

A relaxed atmosphere. The tutor was happy to answer any question about the whole workshop and to present how different machines work. I really enjoyed the experience.
We went for combined Xmas and birthday presents and thoroughly enjoyed our time with Sandra. She was very knowledgeable and patient with someone who doesn't take instruction in very well

This was a Christmas Present (Bread Making)and what a great presentDerrick was a great host and teacher.I have gained knowledge now of how the dough should look and feel and made me more confident to try different breads.
A really fun couple of hours to spend on a cold winter day! Sandra was brilliant, very friendly and skilled and was very patient with our mistakes. I bought this as a birthday gift for my partner, and we created some beautiful bowls and cups with Sandra's help and encouragement, and we each also got to pick out a ready-made piece to paint. The session was very calm and therapeutic, and we have some good laughs. A great time all around, and would definitely go again!
Martin is extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher! He showed us how to do three different animals and the class was really fun and engaging! We got the private class as a gift and absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend :)
