  £115 - £125 (£125 per guest when you book for 1 guest, £115/guest for 2 guests)

Join this jewellery workshop in Edinburgh and handcraft your own sterling silver trinity ring in an intimate, hands-on environment. This workshop is limited to just two students, ensuring you get plenty of personal support as you create three interlocking bands in a relaxed setting.
If you're new to the jeweller's bench, you'll fit right in. This experience is made for beginners, and you'll be guided through every step of traditional silversmithing. You'll get to use professional tools and learn classic techniques such as:
  • Sawing and annealing – Master the foundational skills of cutting and softening metal.
  • Soldering and shaping – Learn how to join your bands and form them into perfect circles.
  • Texturing and finishing – Use a rolling mill and hammering methods to add character, then choose between a contemporary brushed texture or a classic high-polish shine.
  • Filing and polishing – Smooth away the edges to make your rings sparkle.
All the tools and sterling silver required for your three bands are provided, though you can choose to purchase additional silver on the day if you want to further enhance your design. You'll feel a real spark of joy as you see your three separate bands come together into one modern, interlocking piece.
This workshop offers a wonderful way to switch off and find your flow with a rewarding new craft. You’ll walk away with a handcrafted set of chunky sterling silver rings, beautifully boxed and ready to wear, along with a deep sense of pride in your new skills. It's a truly heart-warming way to spend time with a loved one or enjoy some creative "me-time, " leaving you with a beautiful keepsake and a lasting connection to the world of jewellery making.
Please note: Vouchers are available for these sessions, making them a thoughtful gift for occasions like Mother’s Day.

  • 5/5 from Xinru Zhang, attended Sep 2026: I had such a lovely experience at the Trinity Ring Workshop with Naomi! The whole workshop was relaxed, enjoyable and very hands-on, and Naomi was incredibly patient, encouraging and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated being able to practise the techniques on copper first before making the final silver ring. Naomi explained each step really clearly and gave me plenty of guidance while still letting me do the actual making myself, which made the finished ring feel genuinely personal and special. She also helped me with the positioning when I added the hand-stamped personalisation, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. It was my first time making a ring like this, but I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process and learned a lot. I ended up making something that I’m genuinely proud of and that has a lot of meaning to me. Such a memorable experience in Edinburgh. I’d absolutely recommend Naomi’s workshop and would love to come back for another one!
  • 5/5 from Maria Craiu, attended Aug 2026: This workshop is an absolute must if you're a creative person and if you want to scratch an itch you never knew you had. Naomi is a very friendly, professional, and super patient teacher, giving very clear instructions throughout and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable. It might look overwhelming at first, but you'll leave with a new understanding and appreciation of the intricacies and hard work that jewellery and fine metalworking entails. Not to mention the best part: creating your very own, unique pieces of jewellery that will last you a lifetime! We'll definitely recommend this fantastic workshop to all of our friends!
  • 5/5 from Nicolas Rocos, attended Aug 2026: What an amazing workshop! It was my first time ever doing jewellery work and Naomi was excellent, extremely friendly and welcoming (snacks and drinks were available), as well as very attentive! She was thorough with the teaching and explanation, masterfully guiding without taking over unless necessary, really helping consolidate the knowledge and techniques you gain from first hand experience. Made lovely copper rings from beginning to end and completed the whole experience by replicating the final product with silver! Overall an amazing experience, learned a lot and was given very sound advice for someone who might be interested in learning more silversmithing - Can't recommend it enough!
