What you'll do

Our fabulous fascinator making workshops last for approximately 3 hours, and in that time, you will be taught to make one of a number of designs of fascinators. Our teachers will bring along a huge range of materials to choose from and will teach you all the basic techniques required to make a beautiful keepsake fascinator to take home.

These classes require no experience of sewing or anything crafty. We bring design ideas for you to choose from or copy, or for the more arty among you, you can design your own. So many times we hear the words "But I can't sew at all!" and "I don't have a creative bone in my body!", but even those doubting themselves without fail produce beautiful fascinators every time!

Perfect for hen parties - we are proud to say we have taught thousands of happy hens all over Scotland for the past 13 years. Drink, eat, laugh, make memories... and a fascinator!

I set up MADE Events Scotland just before my first child was born and have, together with the help of my fantastic teachers, for the past 13 years run hundreds of creative classes and events for participants all over Scotland.

Our love of "making" has seen our class offerings expand over the years. Our teachers offer a variety of classes ranging from fascinator making to jewellery making, bunting making to silk floral crown making, Great Gatbsy themed creative classes to Venetian mask making, lingerie decorating to "sip and paint" classes, we have had the pleasure of meeting and teaching thousands of happy students, who all leave with big smiles on their faces - our main aim!

Our classes can be run in a venue of your choice - whether that is the comfort of your own home, rented accommodation, a hotel, bar, restaurant or even outside - we can make it work.
