Looking for things to do at home with loved ones this weekend? Join Drool's live-streaming Italian cooking class and learn how to make delicious fresh gnocchi from scratch with guidance from an Australian Masterchef contestant!
In this hands-on virtual cooking class, Aussie MasterChef contestant and chef instructor Pia shares her favourite signature dish with you – a luscious gorgonzola gnocchi with mushroom, spinach and parmesan crisps! Pia will take you through a detailed demonstration before guiding you step by step through making the fluffiest, softest potato gnocchi paired with an indulgent cheesy Gorgonzola sauce! You will also learn how to make Pia’s delicious parmesan crisps (which were a judge’s favourite).
By the end of this online cooking class, you will have gained the confidence to throw out those packet pastas and sauces and try making your own from scratch at home!

- Once we have confirmation of your ticket purchase, we will send you all the necessary instructions including your Zoom Meeting ID and Password, a recipe card and a list of ingredients that you will need to source and purchase in order to participate in this class.
