What you'll do
Get hands-on making Vietnam's most vibrant dishes with this online Vietnamese cooking class. Transport yourself to the streets of Saigon as you learn the art of wrapping and rolling rice paper rolls!
Hosted by an Australian MasterChef contestant, you will have the unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn new dishes from a friendly expert. You'll gain an appreciation of the joy of Asian cooking and discover easy, family-friendly recipes to make at home too!
In this hands-on and interactive class, you will be guided through a detailed demonstration and help you to refine your knife skills so you can make two types of rice paper rolls.
The first is the famous savoury rice paper roll filled with vermicelli noodles, your choice of vegetables and protein and pair it with a classic peanut dipping sauce. The second is a dessert twist on the rice paper roll filled with sweet coconut rice, your choice of seasonal fruits, paired with a caramel and lime dipping sauce.
Once you have created your delicious masterpiece, you can plate and devour your creations! With new cooking skills under your belt, you can say goodbye to takeaways and gain the confidence to recreate these easy recipes time and time again for friends and family.
