In this fun and hands-on online cooking class, our experienced Italian chef will take you through a detailed demonstration before you will be guided step-by-step in making the ravioli dough from scratch, stuffing them with a classic spinach and ricotta filling, and pairing it with an elegant burnt butter and sage sauce.
By the end of this virtual pasta making class, you will have gained the confidence to say goodbye to those packet pastas and sauces and try mastering your own at home, whilst also learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients.
