Calling all prosecco lovers! Learn how to use your favourite sparkling wine to mix up two fabulous cocktails and add a bubbly twist to a classic Italian dish with this fun online cocktails and cooking class!
Looking for a fun way to mix up your mid-week meal or get your weekend started? Add a pop of excitement to your day by popping open your favourite prosecco and learning how to do more than just drink it!
In this fun and hands-on virtual class, your experienced Italian chef tutor will begin by providing you with a background of prosecco, before teaching you how to make two classic prosecco-based Italian cocktails; The Aperol Spritz and the Bellini.
Then your teacher will take you through a detailed demonstration before you are guided step-by-step in making a Northern Italian staple, risotto!
Risotto has a notorious reputation for being fussy, as it requires a lot of attention and stirring. However, with a little patience, confidence and the base technique under your belt, you will be able to add this recipe to your cooking repertoire in no time. We'll then add a deliciously modern twist to this age-old classic by adding a splash of prosecco!
By the end of this virtual cocktail making and cooking class, you'll have gained the confidence to try cooking your own risotto at home, as well as learning where to source the freshest seasonal and local ingredients.
Open up your champagne and celebrate with your group with this fun and unique online class. Perfect for virtual team building activities or exciting hens party ideas, everyone will be bubbling with excitement over this cocktail and cooking experience!

- Feel free to make either/or of the cocktails, or just the Risotto. It's completely up to you.
