In this interactive online cooking class, you will have the unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn about Sri Lankan culture and cuisine from a friendly expert. You'll appreciate the joy of Sri Lankan cooking and discover the ease of making it in your own home too.
Join chef Dee, as she shares with you a beautiful Sri Lankan classic curry close to her heart. You'll get hands-on with fresh produce to make fresh kiri malu, a brilliant mild white fish curry well renowned in Sri Lanka. You'll learn how to marinate fish with traditional spices and cook using unique techniques to pack this dish with lots of flavours.
Sit back and relax as you feast on the foods you've made with loved ones in the comfort of your own home - it's one of the top things to do in Melbourne!
