Discover how easy it is to make homemade pasta from scratch in your kitchen and channel your inner Nonna as you learn to cook from a friendly expert. You will learn how to make a beetroot pasta dough from scratch, before shaping and filling it with a ricotta and herb filling. You will then learn how to cook ravioli to perfection before pairing it with a simple yet delicious burnt butter and sage sauce.
By the end of this online cooking class, you will have gained the confidence to recreate this simple yet flavourful dish for your loved ones! Not only will you have a bowl of pasta to eat, but you'll also have the skills to source the best fresh ingredients for this recipe too!
