In this hands-on and interactive class, your cooking teacher will take you through a detailed demonstration of how to make one of Spain's most renowned rice dishes, the paella.
You'll learn new knife skills, make a traditional Paella stock and how to cook rice to perfection. You can choose to work and season your choice of protein including traditional chorizo, seafood, chicken or tofu.
