What you'll do
Immerse yourself in a pottery experience like no other. This unique opportunity allows you to freestyle into the world of pottery. We'll provide you access to our fully equipped pottery studio, our materials, clay and tools and top tips to unleash your creativity and develop your pottery skills.During the pottery experience, you'll have the chance to work with clay through various techniques such as hand-building, sculpting, slip-casting and utilizing our potters wheels. Having the freedom to explore different techniques will truly enhance your artistic journey to create your very own ceramic masterpieces.Our sessions are self-directed, allowing you to progress at your own pace. Prior experience with at least one workshop on the pottery wheel or hand-building, either at our studio or elsewhere, is required to ensure you can practice independently. We know that practising a new skill can be daunting, which is why our welcoming environment is tailored to ease any apprehensions you may have. You'll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and when possible our knowledgeable staff can offer guidance. Each session is 3-hours on Tuesday & Wednesday 6-9pm, Friday 2-6pm and Saturday 10am-1pm. Having the choice to fire only your favourite pieces, makes this process both cost-effective and efficient. For an additional cost of £0.50p per cm of dry clay, our kilns will transform your creations into stunning works of art. Everything else will be recycled. Come freestyle with us and experience the joy of creating your own pottery pieces in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Your host
We're Art Craft Studios, a space for creativity, skill development, or trying something new with friends and family. We welcome everyone, no matter your artistic experience. Our London studio is run single-handedly by Amanda and offers a variety of workshops and experiences, from pottery to textiles, with a few guest teachers. We pride ourselves on running smaller group workshops for a more personalised feel, as well as private experiences and group classes for the whole family.
