What you'll do
Immerse yourself in a pottery experience like no other. This unique opportunity provides you with access to our fully equipped pottery studio, our materials, and guidance to unleash your creativity and develop your pottery skills.
During the pottery experience, you'll have the chance to work with clay through various techniques such as hand building, sculpting, slip-casting and utilizing our potters wheels. Having the freedom to explore different techniques will truly enhance your artistic journey in order to create your very own ceramic masterpieces.
Our sessions are self-directed, allowing you to go at your own pace. Don't worry if you're a beginner, we understand that starting something new can be intimidating. That's why our relaxed environment is designed to alleviate any fears you may have. You'll be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft. And although our experienced team won’t be teaching you, we will be on hand to provide DIY tips when needed.
Each session is 3-hours on Tuesday evenings or Saturday afternoons.
If you create artwork you want to keep, for an additional cost of £15 per kilo (of dry clay), our kilns will work their magic and ensure your pieces are transformed into stunning works of art ready for you to proudly display/use in your own home. Having the choice to fire only your favorite pieces, makes this process both cost-effective and efficient. Anything you don’t keep will be recycled.

Knowledge required
Sessions are beginner friendly. However, they are self-directed. Hand-building with clay is extremely easy to pick up, but if you want to use the pottery wheel we suggest you've had at least one taster workshop before hand.
