Learn to cook like a true Italian with expert teachers at our cookery school in our 'little corner of Italy in Marylebone'.More than 20 years ago, Giancarlo and Katie taught friends and guests how to make fresh pasta in their restaurant on a Sunday. It proved so popular they established La Cucina Caldesi, a purpose-built cookery school open seven days a week, and have since been running their three restaurants as well as opening two other schools and writing over 15 cookbooks.
