Got a craving for Thai food? Learn to make it yourself at this exciting cooking class in Kent! Led by one of Kent Cookery School's expert chefs, you'll learn to recreate some of Thailand's most popular street food dishes, from succulent chicken satay to punchy penang curry.
Your class will begin with an introduction and some fun demonstrations, where you'll learn about the subtle balance of flavours and discover new and authentic ingredients. Then it'll be your turn to give it a go yourself, as you whip up some delicious Thai cuisine to enjoy as a group. Don't worry if you're a complete novice, as your tutor will be on hand to offer tasty tips and handy hints to make your dishes really sing.
Whether you're looking to learn some new dishes to add to your repertoire, or just want a great night out, this class is ideal to share with foodie friends and family, a fun couples' date night idea, or to come along and meet some new people.

The Kent Cookery School is based deep in the heart of Kent, in the picturesque setting of the Mersham-le-Hatch Estate, bordering the 190-acre deer park and 1000-year-old woodland.
Walk through the cobbled courtyard and discover an idyllic countryside haven.
The school was the first purpose built cookery school in Kent. Established in early 2011 and makes use of the old listed barn.
When the school was designed we wanted students to feel welcome and feel at home, we want all our visitors to relax and enjoy themselves during their time with us. You will not find the cold clinical stainless steel of a professional kitchen, instead, you will find rustic oak beams, modern equipment and friendly chef/tutors.
