Spend the day learning some classic French cooking techniques and create some delicious Parisian dishes at this fun cooking class.
French dishes are well known for indulgent flavours and high-quality ingredients. From simple but delicious starters to rich desserts, this cooking class covers a number of classics. Up your culinary game and enjoy learning some new culinary skills with other like-minded people or with your friends and family.
At this cooking workshop, you'll learn a range of classic cooking techniques from Kent Cookery School's classically French-trained cooking tutor, James. He will walk you through some delicious recipes and give you the confidence to recreate them at home.
From simple French bistro type dishes to more rich and complex classical dishes, this is a great cooking class for food lovers! If the weather allows you'll enjoy lunch on the cookery school's cobbled courtyard (or indoors if required!). Your ingredients will be weighed out and prepped for you on arrival and there'll be no washing up required – just relax and enjoy the experience!
By the end of this friendly and relaxed cooking class, you'll have a range of new culinary skills and you'll have some delicious dishes to enjoy.

The Kent Cookery School is based deep in the heart of Kent, in the picturesque setting of the Mersham-le-Hatch Estate, bordering the 190-acre deer park and 1000-year-old woodland.
Walk through the cobbled courtyard and discover an idyllic countryside haven.
The school was the first purpose built cookery school in Kent. Established in early 2011 and makes use of the old listed barn.
When the school was designed we wanted students to feel welcome and feel at home, we want all our visitors to relax and enjoy themselves during their time with us. You will not find the cold clinical stainless steel of a professional kitchen, instead, you will find rustic oak beams, modern equipment and friendly chef/tutors.
