Never even seen a pasta maker before? No worries. This hands-on pasta class is suitable for all abilities, and we can guide you through all the steps to make a dish that tastes amazing. Your talented, pasta making teacher can answer all your questions and give you some useful pointers as you go.
This class will teach you how to make pasta dough, how to roll out and stuff ravioli and tortellini, and how to make an accompanying sauce.
Once you’ve given it a try, you will see how easy making fresh pasta really is. It's a super rewarding indoor activity that will feed your brain and your belly.
When your homemade pasta is all finished, you'll then get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour. Bellissimo!

The Kent Cookery School is based deep in the heart of Kent, in the picturesque setting of the Mersham-le-Hatch Estate, bordering the 190-acre deer park and 1000-year-old woodland.
Walk through the cobbled courtyard and discover an idyllic countryside haven.
The school was the first purpose built cookery school in Kent. Established in early 2011 and makes use of the old listed barn.
When the school was designed we wanted students to feel welcome and feel at home, we want all our visitors to relax and enjoy themselves during their time with us. You will not find the cold clinical stainless steel of a professional kitchen, instead, you will find rustic oak beams, modern equipment and friendly chef/tutors.
