Everyone knows a great Christmas pudding is all about prior preparation! Make sure your festive celebrations are topped off with the perfect pud this year by learning how to make your Christmas pudding from an expert cooking teacher at this seasonal baking workshop. You'll also learn how to bake some delicious yuletide treats such as florentines, biscotti or gingerbread!
As you learn how to cook and bake up a range of festive goodies, you'll soon relax into your activity and get into the Christmassy spirit! Making Christmas pudding in advance is a great way to prep ahead for your yuletide celebrations and your pudding will store well until the big day.

The Kent Cookery School is based deep in the heart of Kent, in the picturesque setting of the Mersham-le-Hatch Estate, bordering the 190-acre deer park and 1000-year-old woodland.
Walk through the cobbled courtyard and discover an idyllic countryside haven.
The school was the first purpose built cookery school in Kent. Established in early 2011 and makes use of the old listed barn.
When the school was designed we wanted students to feel welcome and feel at home, we want all our visitors to relax and enjoy themselves during their time with us. You will not find the cold clinical stainless steel of a professional kitchen, instead, you will find rustic oak beams, modern equipment and friendly chef/tutors.
