What you'll do

Expand your recipe repertoire by learning to make a simple yet comforting paella at this London cooking class. This one-pot wonder originated in Valencia, where the dish is often made and served at home as a weekly communal meal for family and friends - and that’s something we can really get behind!

This paella workshop will not just teach you how to make this traditional treat, but will also help capture that fuzzy family feeling for yourself. So come and join us on a culinary voyage and learn how to make this delicious Spanish rice dish at this fun cooking class in London.

Beginning with a demonstration from one of The Avenue’s expert chefs, your class will learn about the ingredients, techniques and equipment needed to cook the perfect paella. Then it’ll be time to fire up that pan and start to cook your own paella! Our knowledgeable chef will be on hand to answer any questions, provide helpful hints and secrets to help you make the best paella you’ve ever tasted.

When your rice is finished cooking, and the mouthwatering aromas of this delectable dish are almost unbearable, it’ll finally be time for you to sit down together with new friends and indulge in your Spanish feast! This event is also BYOB, so you can finish the evening with a cool glass of your favourite wine, beer - or even a lovely jerez to keep with the Spanish theme!

Please note:
This class is suitable for 16-year-olds and above however under 16s are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult/guardian, everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
