What you'll do

If you want to show your love with food, come with your Valentine to this London cooking and baking class! Your Italian teacher, Valeria, will host you in her home kitchen for a cosy and intimate workshop and dinner in the heart of Hampstead Village.

You will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and something to nibble on. Then, you'll move to the cooking island to prepare some delicious ravioli and a gooey chocolate brownie filled with raspberry buttercream.

Don't worry if you have little or no experience, as this cooking class is entirely beginner-friendly. You and your sweetheart will get messy and dirty playing with ingredients to prepare a mouth-watering dinner for two, with plenty of support and guidance from your experienced teacher at every stage.

At the end of this special experience you'll sit down with fellow classmates to enjoy your beautiful dinner over a glass of Italian wine.

Hi there, my name is Valeria Suppa, I'm an Italian baking teacher and food stylist based in London. I started as a self-taught baker, before receiving my professional training and working as a baker and cake decorator in a bespoke cakes parlour. My expertise ranges from cakes to patisserie and desserts of all sorts, with a special focus on Italian baking.

I have years of experience teaching classes for all levels, both in-person and online. I always try to make every baking experience entertaining and informative at the same time.
