As part of your baking class, you'll learn to:

Prepare traditional Linzer dough, a spiced almond/hazelnut-based shortcrust pastry traditional from Austria, that can be used for biscuits and tarts
Evenly roll out biscuits dough and cut out shapes to perfection
Make traditional Italian biscotti, enriched with nuts and zests for a flavour boost
Make chocolate Viennese Whirls biscuits and learn how to pipe soft cookie dough
Prepare traditional English vanilla buttercream
Get creative and make countless variations of the recipes used in class

Hi there, my name is Valeria Suppa, I'm an Italian baking teacher and food stylist based in London. I started as a self-taught baker, before receiving my professional training and working as a baker and cake decorator in a bespoke cakes parlour. My expertise ranges from cakes to patisserie and desserts of all sorts, with a special focus on Italian baking.
