Join passionate, local chef Mark for a fun and social culinary class. Filipino dishes are a melting pot of textures, spices, flavours and fresh ingredients and you will crack open Chef Mark's top recipes and learn to cook dishes like Chicken Adobo, Laing, Ensaladang Mangga.

You also might learn how to make a cocktail to celebrate the launch of Dear Asia called Ginger Papa.

In this class, you can expect sour and spicy flavours with ingredients like garlic, onions, soy sauce and vinegar that make up the foundations of almost every dish. This is a fun and healthy way to enjoy chicken, kale and salad and we're sure you will love them.
