A tasty combination of fermented vegetables and exquisite spices, kimchi is a national dish of Korea. With purported benefits like soothing upset stomachs — it's no surprise this delicious dish has been a staple on Korean tables for thousands of years.

During this class, you'll work in pairs to develop your Korean cooking skills and become kimchi experts with the help of our professional chef. After creating your own batch of homemade kimchi, you'll learn to cook a selection of mouthwatering dishes, using it as the hero ingredient.

Your teacher will be on hand throughout your cooking class to provide guidance and help you discover so much more about Korean food, culture and history with her fascinating stories. If you're looking for unique London activities to try with your team, this could be right up your street.

You'll finish this deep dive into Korean cuisine by enjoying your fantastic food in the welcoming dining area before heading home with your new skills and shared sense of achievement.

The venue is conveniently located in Central London E1. You and your friends/ team will have the entire place of two floors to your own. It is beautifully decorated with cosy ambience, lots of plants, and surround sound. We will set the table specially for you to have a premium private dining experience.
