The Kimchi and Korean cooking class was fun, hosted in a really cool venue in London.
Chef Yoon was a good teacher who taught us about the background of kimchi as a staple in Korean cuisine. It was fun learning how to make kimchi as well as kimchi pancake and cucumber salad and making new friends :)
