I started Cook with Luca because I wanted to share the joy of making traditional Italian soul food from scratch.

The aim of my pasta workshops is simple: to help you relax, enjoy yourself, and connect with others while sharing ideas, cooking tips, and a glass of wine over a delicious meal.

My classes are not only about cooking — they’re an opportunity to learn new skills, deepen your knowledge of Italian culture, and socialise with like-minded food lovers. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling more confident in the kitchen, ready to invite friends and family over and impress them with your homemade dishes.

Meet Cook with Luca

Seasoned chef, Luca Favorito, is passionate about sharing his culinary values, cooking knowledge and love for authentic Italian soul food with like-minded individuals and fellow foodies.

Since childhood, Luca has been fascinated by the process of creating home-cooked meals and picked up plenty of secrets stretching and shaping hand-made pasta with his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. These special family moments sharing jokes, strengthening bonds and creating memories inspired Luca to begin his journey into the flavourful world of cooking!

After discovering the sense of achievement that comes from preparing a meal from scratch, he launched his own culinary school, Cook with Luca. Nowadays, Luca can be found in the kitchen, spreading his belief that cooking engages the senses, elevates spirits and brings people together.

"Feel in my zone. I clear my mind from negative thoughts and worries. It makes me feel connected to other people as cooking for them or helping them cook makes me feel like I care for them. Seeing someone else enjoy, appreciate and value my cooking gives me so much satisfaction and gratitude."

"To be patient and respectful of other people’s space and time. But also to set an alarm every time we bake so we don’t get too distracted by the conversation!"
