It was a surprise birthday gift to a good friend of mine, The teacher was profesional, good natured and made the whole experirence easy to understand and we both walked away unqiue scents. Excellent session, expertly guided. Went in with pretty low expectations about what I'd be able to produce as a total first timer, but managed to produce 3 'olive' dishes.
