Madeleine

I booked this class as a present for myself and best friend to do, we had such a good time, the setting of the class was really pretty, there were cupcakes handed out which were delicious and we were luckily sat next to some lovely ladies that we chatted with for the evening. The spaces were tight but there was always someone passing by you could ask for a paint colour and they helped happily. The  + more

Myself and my friend went as a birthday present to a Sip and Paint class. The class was relaxed and our teacher Sophia was brilliant. We had everything we could possibly need and the drinks were easily accessible. Sophia gave us step by step advice which was easy to follow as well as coming around to help us 1:1 on certain aspects of our painting. We had a fabulous time and we’re really pleased with  + more

I got to go with my friend to this course as a birthday present from January so I was really excited and counting down to the day! It was just as amazing as I was expecting and as a baker anyway, I was keen to expand my skills. The teacher (Scott) was very knowledgeable and also good at making sure everybody was able to participate fully. My thanks to the team, such a great present.

Fran Crouch

This was a gift from a friend who loves Pastel de nata! It was a brilliant workshop - pleasant, well organised surroundings, calm, positive vibes and a warm, friendly teacher who was genuinely interested in her clients and also all aspects of cooking. Each stage of the recipe was clearly demonstrated with lots of helpful tips and explanations. Really, really enjoyable and we came away confident we  + more

It was a birthday present for my partner. The teacher was really good, helpful, encouraging and gave attention to all class members. The venue was fine and spacious. We were given lots of pieces of clay to work with. I learnt how to throw the clay on the wheel how to bring the clay up to make the clay taller. I feel the class was good value for money and the fact that it was fun and nobody was  + more

Valeria was really informative and talked us through each step of the process. It was so lovely to do the whole thing from beginning to end and get to take home a box of macarons. We made three different fillings, 2 colours (and mixed!) and learnt how to pipe the batter correctly. Valeria also emailed us all the recipes and instructions afterwards so I felt that I could just be present and concentrate  + more

A really enjoyable afternoon with Nono. Unbelievably hard to do a simple flower arrangement but with her guidance managed to produce something passable with her beautiful flowers! A wonderful teacher who has shed light on the art of Ikebana and a great birthday present for me.

It was a Christmas gift from my husband's mum who since giving it to us, has passed away. So it was really lovely to have enjoyed the workshop and have a beautiful keepsake to remember her. Well set up & prepared space, good choice of coloured glass, helpful instruction. We all finished just after an hour so it would have been nice to possibly make another one to use more of the 2 hrs. Brilliant class - absolutely loved our wreaths, can’t wait to put them up! Great birthday present for my mum and sister. Pip was so accommodating as we brought along my 2 month old niece who required several nappy changes! Nothing was a hassle. Have recommended to all our friends

David Livens

Loved this, Joan the lady taking the class was so patient and good at what she does, I had 2 goes on the potters wheel 1st time ever. Joan centred the clay for me then let me have a play to get a 'feel' for how it works, this was great, the second time I made this pot on the wheel which I was amazed me totally. We also had a go at slab making pots with a few tools and I made 2 pots and a lid, loved  + more

I found this class by accident after having booked a birthday surprise elsewhere which got cancelled. It left me searching for a replacement gift for my partner at the last minute. I wasn't sure if this class would be that professional, since it was based in a little shop rather than a large scale kitchen. Since Hannah and Simon were very responsive to all of my queries, and even catered to my gluten  + more
