You'll channel your artistic intuition and create a beautiful piece of abstract art on canvas — ready to display on your wall when you get home!
Your instructor Kaisa will kick things off with demonstrations of different mark making tools and techniques before you take over and begin painting with a twist, listening to your intuition while relaxing in great company.
From wall scrapers to cooking spatulas, the tools you'll use are perfect for experimentation in pursuit of your abstract artwork. You'll try things that you never thought you would in painting and discover an assortment of new skills and tricks along the way.
With soft drinks, light nibbles and an option to BYOB, this painting class is a surefire way to sip and paint your way to an abstract masterpiece with your friends, family or fellow art lovers. As this class includes a BYOB option, students must be 18 or over to attend. It is also important to note that these events are NOT an allergy free environment. All the food available during the event will have labels to confim ingredients and allergens.

Kaisa our host for the evening was fab. She made sure we had everything we needed and encourage us to do what felt right. We all created some art which we all love. I would highly recommend this class, especially Kaisa who was just so accommodating. 5star for sure!

Really fun, relaxed experience! Plenty of supplies and had enough time to be creative and create both on our practice paper and canvas.

Kaisa had created a very fun alternative way to spend your Friday night with friends or even flying solo. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful as we got to sample with the given paints and supplies, which were plentiful, or cry over our lack of creativity whilst listening to some tunes in the background. I though Kaisa had a good grip over the class and it felt like sitting down with friends even though most of us were strangers to each other. She seemed to have an interest for each individual's creative journey and kept the chat going and would pop around for some suggestions if you got stuck. Most importantly I learned from the class that painting is nothing to be afraid of and can be a great way to de-stress or self-reflect or just destroy a perfectly fine canvas with your artistry.

Although the lady was very polite and nice , we could have been in the studio without her. To be honest , I’m not sure what she was supposed to do but all she did was point out the ‘tools etc’ on the table.
Had a good laugh , overall I’m not sure I would recommend. It was a ‘one off’ activity for me.
Also, ‘snacks’ should say a packet of crisps

The class was all about experimenting on what works for you personally, and the instructor was extremely supporting and encouraging for everyone to keep on trying different things. Whenever I was uncertain on how to proceed she had a number of useful suggestions to try, all of which allowed me to keep moving forward with my canvas. I can highly recommend the class to anyone who has ever been interested in painting.

I had a great time in Kaisa's class! We got to try many different techniques with different tools which Kaisa always encouraged us to do. The time flew by and it was definitely a new and fun experience for a Friday night. I would recommend the class anytime :)
