Hello,
I am WU Tong, the founder of Bonding Space. I am originally from China, and I work as a Sound Designer, Creative Community and Event Producer, as well as an art and culture enthusiast! I have always been deeply interested in the arts. From a young age, I studied drawing, Chinese ink painting, dance, and more.
I love Chinese culture and heritage cultures in general. I’m fascinated by its 5, 000 years of history -- how it has shaped people’s mindsets, ways of living, and artistic expression. I feel that many traditional Chinese arts, along with other Asian cultures, are still underrepresented, misunderstood, and underrated.
I am particularly interested in how deeply connected we are as humans, and how art and culture reveal the roots of things we often take for granted.
There are so many artists and individuals who want to share their culture and stories, and I want to create a space for that. Through Bonding Space, I hope to share what I know and build a platform where people can come together to share, learn, and explore each other’s cultures.
All of our events are designed for all levels, so don’t worry if you’re new to this field. All we ask is that you come with respect and curiosity.
If this resonates with you, I’d love for you to join our events and be part of it.
