In this workshop, you will learn how to cook a sumptuous three-course French dinner party, perfect for impressing your friends and family. We'll start with a classic cheese soufflé, served alongside an elegant asparagus salad with a Champagne vinaigrette and a pistachio crumb, a refreshing and vibrant dish that pairs perfectly.

The star of the show will be the Coq au Vin, a traditional French dish of chicken braised in red wine, served with tender Lyonnaise potatoes. You'll master the art of slow cooking and be rewarded with a rich and flavorful meal that will transport your taste buds to the streets of Paris.

To end the evening on a sweet note, we'll indulge in a decadent chocolate fondant served with chantilly cream. This is sure to become your go to (and fail-proof) dinner party menu. Perfect for those special occasions or simply to celebrate friends, family and life!

What to bring
Once booked onto the course I will provide a shopping list and an equipment list. All ingredients are widely available in most supermarkets and apart from an electric hand whisk and some ramekins (for the soufflé and chocolate fondants) all the equipment we use is very straightforward.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 16 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids. The adult may observe at the class for free.
