From baking bread in Montana, cheffing for the Mitsubishi Rally team in Monte Carlo, to serving Cuban food to the Buena Vista Social Club, Polly now brings her vast experience to an online platform. Classes coming soon include; Vegan, Sushi, Taste of Italy, Thai Cuisine, Homemade pasta, Spanish tapas, Risotto Milanese and more….
