What you'll do
Calling all chocolate lovers! Whether you're planning a kids birthday party or some remote team building activities, this at-home chocolate making class is a delicious treat for all!
During this fun virtual class, participants will learn the art of chocolate tempering, how to make a ganache and how to expertly pipe like a professional. As well as making truffles, you'll also discover how to create your own chocolate lollipops using ingredients you already have in your kitchen cupboards.
Don't worry if you and your group are new to chocolate making, this fun online class is suitable for adult beginners and children alike. Let your host and expert chocolatier guide you through your scrumptious cocoa journey as you learn industry tips and tricks for professional chocolate making!
Depending on the occasion, your friendly teacher can create extra challenges, such as the most inventive tasting chocolate truffle or the best-decorated chocolate lollipop.
At the end of this fun chocolate making masterclass, you'll have 20 chocolate truffles and three to four lollipops — yum!

What you'll need
- 60g cream.
- 2 x bowls - (preferably one stainless steel or plastic as it is better for tempering the chocolate).
- 2 x saucepans (one for the chocolate tempering bowl to fit over).
- 1 x pair of scissors.
- 1 or 2 plates.
- 1 x jug, pint glass or container.
Suitable for
