Baking is a truly therapeutic activity that is sure to lift the spirits of your hard-working gang. From enjoying the relaxing process of mixing together ingredients to the satisfying feeling of seeing your creation take shape in the oven – baking is good for the soul!

During this class, you and your team will enjoy a live bake-along as you learn how to whisk up some fluffy creations from profiteroles, sofa bread and lemon cake (subject to change)!

Fancy adding a competitive element? Why not turn up the heat and challenge your teammates to Great British Bake Bake-off. Your friendly chef can choose a winner based on presentation and creative use of ingredients.
