Discover how to temper your own chocolate and create your own bars in this creative online chocolate class. As well as learning some deliciously useful chocolate making skills, you'll also be taken through a guided chocolate tasting experience.
With support from an expert chocolatier, you'll learn how to master the more technical elements of chocolate making through easy-to-follow steps, learning how to temper chocolate to perfection. Using the equipment from your chocolate craft box, you'll learn to mould chocolate and achieve the optimum melting and tempering temperatures to make your own professional chocolate bars.
Whilst your tempered chocolate sets in its moulds, you'll get stuck into your chocolate tasting experience. Tasting your way through your thoughtfully packed craft box, your chocolate teacher will talk you through flavour notes, cocoa production and different textures from seven of Studio Chocolate's range of single origins. Yep, that means you get to taste seven different types of chocolate!
This chocolate making class is nut-free and gluten-free. It can be easily adapted to be
vegan/dairy-free - just let us know your requirements at check-out.
This indulgent and creative chocolate making and tasting experience is designed to be fun and relaxing and snacking and sampling is encouraged! By the end of your live online chocolate class, you'll have gained some chocolate making skills to use for the future, and you'll know how to use your craft box items effectively to create great results. You'll also have your own handmade chocolate bars to gift to a loved one or enjoy yourself.
