What you'll do
Many of us love eating fish but tend to stick to the same recipes when cooking it at home. This cooking class gives you the skills and knowledge to expand your repertoire with fish dishes.
Guided by an expert cooking teacher, you'll be shown three ways of cooking different types of fish. You'll be given a range of tips on how to embrace buying fish from your local fishmonger, and what to ask for when you go.
You'll be shown how to cook fish well so that you can incorporate fish dishes into your regular home cooking.
Examples of what you'll cook:
- Stuffed mackerel with salsa verde.
- Hake with parmesan panko crumb and crushed potato cakes.
- Cod loin with tomato sauce.
You'll learn from demos and step by step guidance and you'll eat everything you make! By the end of your cooking class, you'll have a newfound confidence in cooking with fish and you'll have a host of new skills to take home and enjoy.
