Chocolate Truffle Making Class

Designed with the novice truffle maker in mind, this beginner-friendly workshop will give you a fun introduction to chocolate, including a quick history lesson and an overview of the production process from bean to bar.

Once you've learned all about the nation's favourite treat, it'll be time to get hands-on with some raw ingredients as you learn step-by-step from an expert chocolatier how to make your own handcrafted truffles – yum!

From mixing, piping, cutting, shaping and coating to sprinkling some magic onto your creations – you'll learn and do it all at this fun and friendly chocolate class.

As your chocolate making experience in Manchester draws to a close, you’ll even learn how to neatly package up your scrumptious truffles in a cute gift bag. Give away your handcrafted creations as a Christmas gift, or gobble your luxurious treats all up (we won't judge you!).

Please note:

• We use 58% dark chocolate (certified wheat and gluten-free, Halal and Kosher dairy) cream, cocoa powder and desiccated coconut.
• Please notify us, prior to attending the workshop, if you are lactose intolerant. We can provide a lactose-free mixture instead of cream. If you are vegan we can also provide a soya cream.

• Please wear comfortable clothing. We will provide disposable aprons and gloves to protect your clothing, so feel free to dress up or dress down!
• Refreshments are not provided so please feel free to bring non-alcoholic beverages with you!
