In this class, you will learn how to carve different vegetables including carrots, cucumbers, and onions into interesting shapes. You will then learn how to arrange your pieces into eye-catching vegetable dishes, ready for all sorts of occasions.
Add a special touch to your dinner parties or homemade meals with salad art! Whether you need a centrepiece on the table or you just want to add some fun to your lunch, this class will give you the skills and inspiration you need.
There's no problem if you haven't tried anything similar to this before, we can start from scratch! You'll get plenty of tips and tricks from your teacher and you'll sharpen up your knife skills.
