Bread Making Class: Tangzhong, Bagels and More

During this hands-on class, you will make a variety of different breads with the help of expert baker, Steph Clubb. Let Steph divulge her wealth of experience in bread making as you learn everything from kneading, proving to rising. Starting with a coffee, Steph will demonstrate how to make an enriched dough whilst you make it along with her – this will then be left to prove and become a Tangzhong burger bun which you will bake for your lunch. Your main dough will prove over lunchtime and during the afternoon session, you will use this to make a traditional loaf and bagels. There will also be a cooking demonstration so that you have some lovely to accompany your bake!At the end of this fun baking class, not only will you have some yummy bread to take home and a full belly from your delicious lunch, but you'll also have the skills to make more at home!
