Knots and Stalks deliver creative and holistic wellbeing services in Bristol and surrounding areas. Aggy Rucin is a macramé tutor and a sound therapist using both of these techniques to help her clients learn new skills, develop introspection and self-esteem, and enter therapeutic brain waves and meditative states. From stimulating macramé workshops to relaxing sound baths she covers a spectrum of activities incorporating the use of herbal medicine, tarot cards and practices such as sharing circles.
For her macramé pieces, Aggy uses recycled cotton cord produced with no toxic dyes, minimum CO2 and water use and sourced from a small scale producer.

Aggy was a brilliant and helpful host for the macrame and sound bath workshop. It was lovely to be in a small group and shut out the outside noise for a while by crafting macrame, having a soundbath while doing so and writing down how we felt at various points throughout. Aggy was helpful and encouraging to everyone in the group, it was a nice touch having tarot and oracle cards to look at too. I will definitely be back for another workshop or maybe a 1:1 session, left feeling super relaxed!
