Cook up a storm as you make a seasonal dinner, following the expert advice of the professional chef leading this online cooking class. You'll get to pick out the recipe you love the most from our tasty list of options and learn how to prepare it in your own home.

Not only will you be learning presentation and cooking techniques, but you're also understanding the importance of sustainable and regenerative recipes. All of our meal options are good for the planet and your wellbeing that aims to make you a more mindful chef in an engaging way.

This virtual cooking class is a great way to unwind and connect with your pals. Whether you want a very unique birthday party or just an indoor activity for your crew of foodies, there is so much for your mind and mouth to feast upon!

You will make one seasonal recipe, choose from the following options:

  • Wild venison croquettes with charred seasonal vegetables and arrabbiata sauce.
  • Wild salmon fishcakes with wilted greens, poached egg and romesco sauce.
  • Walnut and rosemary pesto gnocchi with seasonal leaves and a parmesan crisp (vegetarian).
  • Cheesy sweet potato and super greens shortcrust pastry pie with seasonal leaves (vegetarian).
  • Turmeric flatbread with beetroot hummus, olives and spiced root vegetable pickle (vegan).
  • Roasted seasonal vegetable risotto with crispy sage leaves and truffle oil (vegan, gluten-free).
