Are you looking for some soothing indoor activities to relax and recharge with? Whether you're new to yoga, or a budding yogi - this online class is a great way to give yoga a go!
This vinyasa flow yoga class by Aussie yogis, Moksha Movement, is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to learn the basics of yoga from home.
Vinyasa is a form of yoga that refers to a series of yoga poses and movements that aim to energise the body. In this on-demand online class, you will learn beginner flow sequences, and how to incorporate breathing techniques into these sequences too.
This online yoga class will begin with a short meditation, to help set intentions for the class whilst you gain awareness of yourself. We will then begin the flow with a series of sun salutations as well as standing and seated asanas (poses). No two of our online yoga classes are the same, and each has its own unique flow to different soundtracks. The class will round out with affirmations, to help you think freely and attract positive some vibes for the rest of the day.
Please note: This is a recorded class that you can view during your own time. Once the live class of that week has ended, you will receive the video link. You will have access to the video for one week before it expires.
