This soothing online class will teach you the basics of yin yoga so that you can practise at home whenever you're in of a little mental respite and self-love.
Yin yoga is an amazing practise that is more slow-moving and grounded than typical yoga, helping you to focus on your mind and body. In this on-demand virtual class, you will learn some basic yin yoga poses and also learn how to hold them for two to three minutes! By doing this, you’ll be able to target not only your muscles but the connective tissues and ligaments too.
You will be guided through this virtual experience with lots of support and step-by-step instruction - making this online class ideal for yoga beginners. You'll also learn some pose modifications and deep stretches to release tension in the body.
This online yin yoga class is a great option for all skill levels, and those wanting to give yoga a try for the first time. This online class will leave you feeling calm, refreshed and present, ready for the days ahead.
