Always fancied giving yoga a go? Looking for some stress-busting indoor activities? Come and join yogis, Moksha Movement, and learn the basics of yoga from the comfort of your own home.
This beginner-friendly online yoga class is a great way to unwind after a long day or week of work and enjoy a quiet moment to yourself. In this easy-to-follow online class, you will have each posed broken down so you can focus on the alignment of the body and go through each movement safely.
Throughout this virtual class, you will be taught about the health benefits of each specific posture to help you gain a deeper understanding of yoga.
Not only will you learn the physical side of yoga, but you will also learn all about the mindfulness aspect of yoga. The yoga class online will begin with a meditation, before moving into a movement series of beginner-friendly asanas (poses). We will then round off this on-demand class with a final meditation followed by positive affirmations, to help to set you up for the day or week ahead!
Please note: This is a recorded class that you can view during your own time. Once the live class of that week has ended, you will receive the video link. You will have access to the video for one week before it expires.
