Hi I’m Anne Marie and I love to cook and can't wait to share my knowledge with you. I have been teaching all ages since 2009 and very experienced in what I do and won several awards in recognition of this.
I am very patient and used to working with people who are beginners or not very confident in the kitchen.
I provide cooking programmes in the community alongside corporate health and well being workshops to encourage and enable people to cook from scratch.
I love to bake and teach traditional foods as well popular food from around the world. I especially enjoy dishes that enable me to use my seasonal fruit and vegetables from my allotment.
I also provide a variety of accessible cooking lessons to inspire you to cook no matter what your dietary requirements.
All my cooking experiences have an emphasis on fun, health, sustainability and affordability. They are also simple enough for beginners but interesting enough for those looking for some inspiration in the kitchen.
They are available for individuals of all ages in your own home live via Zoom. I also provide bespoke private lessons and small group workshops from my home in Warwick, UK.
I like to show people that cooking does not have to be complicated to taste good, it’s all about confidence about knowing what tastes good together and mastering some basic cooking skills.
My aim is to be creative with basic ingredients already in your cupboard, which will inspire you to recreate them again and again. No need for fancy ingredient kits! Also better for the environment too.
I believe that anyone can cook with a little help and my aim is to make cooking a pleasure and not a chore. I am a great believer in sustainable cooking and finding imaginative ways to use your leftovers.
