What you'll do

Baja California is a state in the north of Mexico, at the moment is the place to go if
you are a foodie. Famous for its fish and seafood dishes. Karla is from Ensenada, where the fish taco is from, In the class, Karla will teach you how to make her family
recipe for Baja fish taco. You will also be making a fresh ceviche, corn tortillas and
tostadas, freshly made spicy salsa.
And at the end Karla will teach you how to eat a proper ceviche tostada Ensenada
style.
At the end of the class, you will master the art of making the perfect Baja fish tacos
from scratch and you will have lots of fun listening all the Karla’s stories about
growing up and living in Baja.

Hola, My name is Karla Zazueta, a Mexican cookery teacher, living in North London. I have been teaching people how to cook authentic Mexican food professionally for many years. All my classes take place at my little studio in my home.

I used to be a Spanish teacher, but a few years ago I turned my passion for cooking into a carer. I also write about Mexican food in magazines and newspapers, as well as hosting Mexican supper clubs at home.

I grew up in the north of Mexico, but I have been living here for many years.
