Hola, My name is Karla Zazueta, a Mexican cookery teacher, living in North London. I have been teaching people how to cook authentic Mexican food professionally for many years. All my classes take place at my little studio in my home.
I used to be a Spanish teacher, but a few years ago I turned my passion for cooking into a carer. I also write about Mexican food in magazines and newspapers, as well as hosting Mexican supper clubs at home.
I grew up in the north of Mexico, but I have been living here for many years.
My Mexican cooking classes are dynamic, full of Mexican techniques and delicious recipes from all around Mexico.
I'm an expert on making corn tortillas from scratch and all my Mexican cooking classes are very well organised, so at the end of the class, you will have learned a proper menu to host a Mexican dinner party at home.
