What you'll do
Develop basic carpentry knowledge and unwind with a satisfying hobby in this wood carving course guided by a talented teacher.
During these two hands-on wood workshops, you will go through the process of making an axe handle. Everything is included, from timber and tools to an axe head which you then adjoin to your handmade handle.
This course takes place in a safe and supportive environment, guided by an experienced woodworker, Peter. Gain insight into the world of wood art and pick up some of the best tips and tricks for making this fun and creative woodworking project.
Once your axe is finished, you will then create a leather sheath as the perfect pouch to keep your axe in. Learn how to cut, stitch and decorate it all by hand and add another rustic craft to your tool belt.
