If you've always wanted to give pottery a go but weren't sure where to begin, this ceramics experience in Kettering would make a brilliant starting point. Under the watchful eye of experienced potter Louise, you'll take to the wheel as you learn the techniques to throw your own earthenware mug or bowl.
In this serene pottery experience, you'll learn each step of the process at your own pace, using white earthenware clay to build your own unique vessel. Don't worry if this is your first time trying pottery, as you'll have help and guidance from Louise throughout the session. She'll show you the proper way to use the wheel as you shape, mould and guide your clay to its final form.
Everything you need will be provided on the day, so you just need to show up and enjoy two hours of creative zen. You'll leave the class happy, creatively refreshed and eagerly awaiting your piece's return from the kiln.
