My partner and I found Maddison really supportive and really encouraging. I would say the ideal class size is 8 people because of the size of the space. Any more than that and it feels a little crowded. We were lucky that the class started with 10 but 2 people left because they had signed up for something different. Seeing the difference it made when 2 people left was eye opening. There was a lot more space and I feel like it enhanced the social aspect too, as there weren’t too many people having conversations between themselves. The added space meant I could actually have space to manoeuvre and that freedom really helped me open up with my neighbours! + more
